The tour we are going to propose combines history and coastline together. The tour is designed for travelers who want to enjoy the wonders that the coast offers and at the same time, just a few kilometers away, find themselves catapulted into another era, that of the most famous ruins in the world.
One of the most beautiful coasts of our Peninsula is Sorrento, a coastal road between mountains rich in olive and citrus trees, but at the same time the sea overlooked by a charming town, Sorrento (Sirentum) where legend has it that the name was given to it by the union of a mermaid and a local fisherman.
The town, in addition to having an enchanting view, offers the opportunity to visit museums and churches if anything walking through streets and lanes among shops, and why not tasting typical products.
As we have anticipated before, just a few kilometers away is one of the most famous ruins in the world, Pompeii, the visitor is literally catapulted into another era, finding himself walking among patrician palaces, baths, shops; in a scenary that takes you back to over 2000 years ago.
Tour Sorrento-Positano from Naples 7/8 hours

This tour, which we are going to propose to you, combines mountains and history, the traveler will find himself visiting one of the first villages built by the Romans, and then find himself immersed in visiting two of the cities buried after the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 b.C.
One of the first towns built by the Romans was Ravello, an ancient village nestled between two valleys located on top of the Lattari Mountains, thus giving the traveler the opportunity to get lost in admiring the Amalfi Coast from above. Walking through the narrow alleys you are attracted by the dozens of shops that produce and sell ceramics, where you can also visit two of the most important villas that have given hospitality to illustrious people, and certainly a town that surrounds you for its quite and its romantic charm.
The two ruins that we are going to visit are located at the foot of the volcano Vesuvius, both destroyed during the eruption.
Herculaneum, a Roman city, overlooking the Bay of Naples, is said to have been founded by Hercules, a mighty warrior, but also destroyed in the eruption of the year 79 b.C. In just 2/3 hours it is possible to admire and walk through the alleys and houses with frescoes and paintings still visible inside, found in good condition after the excavations.
